Demystifying Food Safety Audits

Do you have a buyer requesting a food safety audit or certification and don’t know where to start? If you are a produce grower interested in obtaining GAP certification or have questions about the audit process, this workshop is for you.
We will discuss the GAP Audit process in the Carolinas, including how to request an audit and what cost-share programs are available. You will also learn how to prepare for your first audit, the resources available to help you through the process, and what to do after your audit.
