Update to the Harmonized GAP Standard

In May 2023, the Produce GAPs Harmonized Standard was updated. This version (3.0) goes into effect May 1, 2024, and applies to growers who use the USDA Harmonized GAP (HGAP) audit. Many of these changes are mandatory, which means you must alter your food safety plan in order to pass your HGAP audit in 2024!
This 1.5 hour webinar is appropriate for farms that have previously been certified under the USDA Harmonized GAP Standard. Keisha Rainey and Sara Runkel, Local Produce Safety Coordinators, will walk you through each of the changes so that you understand what you are being asked to add to your infrastructure and farm’s food safety plan.
