Activating Organic Seed Alliance Resources: A User’s Guide and Community Workshop

September 29 @ 12:00 pm - 1:30 pm EDT
Free

This interactive virtual event guides farmers and agricultural professionals through Organic Seed Alliance’s free online resources to help them develop actionable strategies for overcoming key challenges in their transition to organic production.

Led by Michael Lordon of Organic Seed Alliance, the session begins with a presentation guiding you through OSA’s powerful online tools, practical guides, and producer directories. The event then transitions into an interactive workshop featuring facilitated breakout rooms. This is a hands-on opportunity to apply what you’ve learned, share experiences with peers, and develop actionable strategies for overcoming key barriers in your transition to organic production. The goal is for every attendee to leave with a clear plan for leveraging these free resources.

About the Organic Farmers Association

In 2016 farmers from across the country came together to launch the Organic Farmers Association (OFA) to unite organic farmers for a better future together. In 2020, OFA gained its 501c5 nonprofit status.  Rodale Institute supports this initiative as fiscal sponsor and partner with OFA’s farmer leadership.
