Get Ready for GAP: Farm Food Safety & Audit Preparation

Participants will spend the day at Wild Hope Farm, where we will conduct a mock GAP audit, demonstrate how to collect water samples, do a traceability exercise, and help growers develop a lot code and traceability system.
