June 18 @ 9:00 am - 12:00 pm EDT

Join NOFA-NY to meet farmers Carolyn and Larry to learn about their organic blueberry operation. Customers say that their berries are the best they have ever eaten … let’s dig into why! Topics will include planting, mulching, and varieties. We will learn about their management practices and see what has worked and what has not. Bring your questions and experiences! we’ll put our heads together to figure out how to increase nutrient quality, storability, and taste for all our producers.

About the Organic Farmers Association

In 2016 farmers from across the country came together to launch the Organic Farmers Association (OFA) to unite organic farmers for a better future together. In 2020, OFA gained its 501c5 nonprofit status.  Rodale Institute supports this initiative as fiscal sponsor and partner with OFA’s farmer leadership.
