Organic Farmers Association represents certified organic farmers in Washington, D.C. It is important organic farmers have a strong voice going into 2023 with discussions of the next farm bill happening. Organic farmers provide solutions for this nation’s future; it is essential we prioritize them in the 2023 Farm Bill. Your support will help us do that!

Organic Farmers Association (OFA) is a tax-exempt 501(c)(5) nonprofit agricultural organization. Donations to OFA may be used for lobbying activities and thus do not qualify for charitable gift tax deduction. Any portion of your membership dues used towards lobbying or political activities is not tax-deductible as a business expense. We estimate that the portion of dues used towards lobbying or political activities is 5% for the current year.
If you would like to make a charitable gift that is tax-deductible to OFA, you may send a donation to OFA through our fiscal sponsor, Rodale Institute, a 501(c)(3) nonprofit. Your donation to OFA will be designated in a restricted fund and used for OFA educational work in accordance with Rodale Institute’s charitable mission.
