GRASSROOTS GROWN,
ORGANIC STRONG.

Strength comes from the roots, and only with strong roots can we all grow.

Over the last 8 years, OFA and its members have worked from the grassroots to empower farmers, protect our environment, and ensure healthier food systems through our organic policy and advocacy action. We have seen firsthand that when organic farmers are supported, the organic movement grows.

But there is more work to do, and we need your help. That’s why the Organic Farmers Association’s work must continue to rally new farmer voices and reach new policymakers.

In 2024, your support allowed OFA to build upon its work and impact policy:

  1. Support and advocate for farmers who received clawback letters asking for a return of hard-earned money they earned by delivering grain to bail out bankrupt grain buyers.
  2. Safe Schools Meal Act making sure that children in public schools have increased access to organic food from organic farmers.
  3. $58 million to organic dairy farmers from ODMAP. Organic dairy farmers are suffering and this federal funding is incredibly important to saving family organic dairy farms.

Before the year ends, will you help OFA deepen its grassroots efforts and grow stronger in 2025?

Donations above $25 include a one-year membership to the Organic Farmers Association.
