Organic Conference @ Sioux Falls

SDSU Extension and the SDSU Southeast Research Farm will host an organic conference focused on practical, science-based strategies for organic and transitioning producers.
Funded by the Organic Crop Improvement Association Transition to Organic Production Program, the program will bring together farmers, researchers, and extension specialists to share their insights on organic crop production. Sessions will cover topics such as soil health, weed management strategies, reduced and no-till systems, as well as food quality and the human gut microbiome. This conference is designed to support farmers who are transitioning to organic production as well as experienced organic growers seeking to refine their systems, reduce tillage, and improve long-term soil and crop performance.
