The 2026 Staple Crop Community Call series continues with our favorite magical fruit, the bean! Legumes play critical roles in soil health, indigenous companion planting practices and providing a plant based diet to people across the globe. Learn from Kevin Messing (Michigan, Sheridan Acres) about how pulses (dry beans) can invigorate your field diversity and sales opportunities at multiple scales of production.
